Letztendlich herrschen also auch in der Demokratie vergleichsweise wenige Individuen über große Massen, obwohl ja ein großer Teil der Selbstrechtfertigung der Demokratie darin besteht, so etwas angeblich vermeiden zu wollen.

'Attention spans' are used by schools to measure how much time children can spend doing things they do not enjoy. They're a measure for how 'good' children are at ignoring their preferences.

You seem very attached to Kim and your image of her. Isn't is possible she's not who you think she is? And wouldn't that be interesting?
She couldn't have married Jimmy before the Kevin thing because women don't usually propose and she needed a really good reason. She essentially blackmailed Jimmy into marriage. And again, I didn't doubt that they like each other. You're trying to refute a point I didn't make.
As I said: "I did say she likes Jimmy, then again lots of gold diggers loved their victims at one point or another." He even asks her in one scene, pointing at himself: "Seriously? This guy?" Lalo comments how Jimmy's dating someone out of his league... and so on.

A car has attacked four people in Belgium.
Contrary to your claims, I think it would add a lot of depth to the story and her character. It also explains why we don’t see her in breaking bad without her having to die!
There’s a scene early on when the Sandpiper thing just started where she and Jimmy talk about it and she slips up and says “we” could afford so much with the money. I did say she likes Jimmy, then again lots of gold diggers loved their victims at one point or another.
